Mix Group Travel earns compensation through supplier commissions and, where applicable, service fees disclosed to you prior to booking. For airline bookings, a 5% agency commission plus a ticketing fee applies to the base fare. All fees will be clearly communicated before any booking is confirmed.

We strive to ensure that all information on our website — including destination descriptions, cruise line profiles, and experience details — is accurate and up to date. However, travel products and pricing are subject to change without notice. Final pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of booking.

Mix Group Travel acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any supplier, including cancellations, delays, changes, or quality of service. Our liability is limited to the fees paid directly to Mix Group Travel, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Mix Group Travel can assist in arranging travel insurance as part of your booking. Failure to obtain adequate insurance is at the client's own risk.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier and are communicated at the time of booking. Mix Group Travel service fees are generally non-refundable. We will assist you in navigating supplier cancellation policies to the best of our ability.
